How do you get to the International Convention Centre?

 Is there parking at the ICC Sydney?
The ICC, Sydney has two 24 hours car parking stations available for visitors. For more information on rates please visit their website.

Is there a Cloak Room?
Cloaking is available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.

Can I book accommodation through the conference registration?
Accommodation bookings can be made via the online registration form until 19 July 2019.

Are there special deals at hotels near the conference venue?
Rates have been negotiated with local accommodation providers and can be booked via the online registration form until 19 July 2019.

How do I change my accommodation booking?
If you booked your accommodation through the Conference Office, please note that any changes existing bookings must be sent via email to adc@thinkbusinessevents.com.au. Further information on the terms and conditions can be viewed on the accommodation page.

How do I book accommodation?
You can book accommodation at the conference hotels at the time of registration, using the online registration form. You will need to provide a credit card guarantee, which is taken by Think Business Events on behalf of the accommodation provider, and supplied to the hotel as a guarantee of the booking.

How much is a registration?
Registration costs vary depending on when you register and whether you are a member, non-member or student. See full list of registration options, rates and inclusions.

How do I register?
Use the ADC online form to complete a registration. A new form needs to be completed for every person who will hold a registration in their name.

When is the early bird registration deadline?
Early Bird ends at 5pm (AEST) on 1 July 2019 – you must have registered and paid in full for your registration to receive the discounted rate.

What are the methods of payments?
Registration can be paid by electronic funds transfers (EFT) or credit card only.  For any questions in regards to this please contact adc@thinkbusinessevents.com.au.

Do I need to keep my name badge for everyday?
Yes, you need to wear your name badge every day you are attending to access the sessions and exhibition.  Your name badge will indicate if you have selected to attend the social functions, so please bring your name badge with you for the Welcome Reception and Congress Dinner.

Is catering provided?
Yes, catering is provided for all catering breaks including lunch, morning and afternoon teas. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know on your registration form so that an appropriate meal can be arranged.

Once at the congress, please visit the Special Dietaries Buffet to collect your meal.

Can a registration be shared with more than one person from the same organisation?
Registration at ADC is per person, and shared passes are not permitted.

I am a speaker, who do I send my PowerPoint presentation to?
All speakers must also bring a copy of their PowerPoint presentation on a USB.
Oral guidelines will be released closer to the congress.

Where is the Speaker Preparation Room?
All speakers are required to check in at the Speakers’ Preparation room, located on level 4 in C4.2 at least 2 hours prior to their session, or the day prior. This will ensure their presentation can be opened and loaded onto the Conference computer system. A dedicated technician will be available if you require assistance.

The Speakers’ Preparation Room is located on Level 4, room C4.2 of the Convention Centre at the ICC, and will be open during the following times:

Tuesday 20 August          15:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 21 August   07:00 – 18:00
Thursday 22 August         07:00 – 17:30
Friday 23 August              08:00 – 16:00
